Clients who outsource some of their tasks to external partners demand more often to execute them in their native language. In order to provide access to qualified employees fluent in a number of languages, Infosys Poland launched a new initiative – INFOSYS CAMPUS. It is devoted to employees specializing in finance and accounting, procurement or business data analysis, among others. The programme is addressed to linguists – students and graduates of philology departments and foreign language enthusiasts who do not possess subject knowledge or have little experience in this field. In short, INFOSYS CAMPUS is a cycle of trainings aiming at adjusting the competence profile of the young to current job market needs. It is also a chance for getting first job experience and starting a career in the modern business services sector.
The programme participants undergo an intensive training lasting from three to five weeks. It consists of specialist course from one of the subject fields for the beginners, technical skills training (such as Excel, SAP) and the so called soft trainings improving communication and teamwork skills. During the programme, the instructors use and elaborate on various case studies (real-life examples from the company) which help translating theoretical knowledge into everyday duties. The hands-on part of the programme is based on conducting simulations of sample duties via a computer software. The programme ends with an exam. Positive result guarantees being hired at Infosys Poland.
The methodology, according to which INFOSYS CAMPUS trainings are organised, is undoubtedly it’s great asset. Each group is assigned with a leader, its main trainer and mentor, who at the same time observes and analyses participants’ progress and provides them with real time feedback. In case of identifying competency gaps, additional and individual tutorials are organised so that the participant fully understands particular accounting subjects.
The training programme offered by Infosys Poland is described by its graduates as a real milestone in their career. Join us!
